In the Senior Pastor's absence he assumes responsibility for the Church. He works to ensure that the business affairs of the Church, including the supervision of support staff and the appropriation of allocated resources, enhance and enable effective ministry of the Church. Robby Pollard is also the primary leader of the Young Adults Ministry at Berean.
