Berean's 65 Years in Houston

In June, 2002, Berean Baptist Church celebrated it's 65 year anniversary. In preparation for the Anniversary celebration, Deborah Duke spent countless hours collecting and organizing pictures representing the Church's 65 year history in Houston. This collection was shared with the Church on it's 65 year Anniversary in the form of a Power Point presentation which included 152 slides and 12 different audio recordings. The presentation was split into 12 main categories, each with its own audio recording.

We have put together for you the entire Power Point Presentation of Berean's 65 year history, all with thanks to Deborah Duke who made this possible. The presentation is broken up into 12 segments, each with its own audio recording and associated slides. Below, you will find the beginning picture for each of these 12 segments. Click on the picture, and you will go directly to that segment of the presentation.

Once you are in one of the 12 segments, you can play the audio recording by clicking on the audio link. Play the audio recording as often as you like. While the recording is playing, you can also click on any of the picture thumbnails. The thumbnails will open a separate window with a full sized picture. Since each thumbnail opens a new window, don't forget to close the windows when you are done.

This presentation is best viewed by Internet Explorer version 5+. If you plan on listening to the audio recordings, we recommend that you have at least a DSL, ISDN, Cable, T1 or T3 high speed internet connection. Those of you using a modem (56K or less), you can still listen to the audio - you will just have to be patient while the file downloads to your computer.
